Mario Fallast has extensive experience in research, innovation management, and education, currently serving at Graz University of Technology since December 2005 in various roles, including Project Lead for the "TU Austria Innovation Marathon" and the "product innovation project." Fallast is a co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer at smaXtec, overseeing innovation management and external relations while leading the EU project "ProDairyWelfare." In addition to professional roles, Fallast contributes as a lecturer and mentor, having engaged with initiatives such as the Human Brain Project and Kinderuni Graz. With a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Business Economics from Technische Universität Graz and experience at Aalto University, Fallast is committed to bridging the gap between academia and industry, fostering innovation and knowledge transfer.
