Rajesh Tilwani is the Co-Founder and CEO of Humalect since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a DevOps Engineer II at Bizongo from November 2019 to February 2021. Before that, they held the positions of Senior Software Engineer from July 2019 to November 2019 and Software Engineer from July 2016 to June 2019 at UnitedHealth Group.

Rajesh Tilwani completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Instrumentation from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, from 2012 to 2016. In 2020-2021, they pursued Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Sparklehood. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Introduction to Software Product Management from Coursera and various Big Data and Hadoop related certifications from IBM. Rajesh also completed a certification in Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership from LinkedIn.
