Violeta Moro is currently working in Growth & Community at Humaans, a next-generation HRIS platform for global teams, since August 2022, contributing to the company which has secured $20 million in venture capital funding. Previously, Violeta served as a Career Ambassador at IE Business School from September 2021 to August 2022 and completed an internship in the Human Resources Department at ILUNION in October 2019. Violeta holds a Master's degree in Management from IE Business School (2021-2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from Utrecht University (2018-2021).
