Kevin Churchill, PT, DPT, is a seasoned physical therapist with extensive experience in outpatient care for orthopedic and vestibular diagnoses. Currently employed at Hulst Jepsen Physical Therapy since June 2022, previous roles include a tenure at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital from May 2018 to April 2022, where Kevin served as site lead at the East Beltline location from 2019 to 2020. Kevin's career began with positions as a student physical therapist at various institutions, culminating in a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Movement Science from the University of Michigan.
