Esther Kroet has extensive experience in social work and mental health support, currently serving as a Praktijkondersteuner GGZ team Plaatsingen hulphonden at Hulphond Nederland since September 2020. Previously, Esther worked at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen for nine years as a Supervisor, providing guidance to third-year social work students. From 1997 to August 2020, Esther held the positions of Teammanager maatschappelijk werk and Maatschappelijk werk at De Basis. Esther's career began at the Ministerie van Defensie, where a role in bedrijfsmaatschappelijk werk was held from June 1990 to 1997. Educational qualifications include a Master's in begeleidingskunde from HAN (2011-2012) and a Bachelor's in maatschappelijk werk obtained from 1984 to 1988.
