Aida Fadzan is an experienced People and Culture Manager currently leading the Company Culture Team at Shop Circle since January 2024. Concurrently, Aida serves in the same role at HulkApps, where responsibilities include developing an inclusive company culture and optimizing recruitment strategies. Prior to these positions, Aida was the Recruitment and Human Resources Manager at Functional Food Grono GmbH, overseeing staffing needs and international recruitment. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of After Sale Service at Easy Group d.o.o., focusing on staff recruitment and process management for the after-sales department. Aida holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Sarajevo and a Medical High School Diploma in Nursing.
