Lanie (Delaney) Hyde possesses a diverse background in community operations, customer service, and peer coaching. Currently serving as the Community Operations Lead at Hula since October 2022, Lanie previously held positions in hospitality and support roles, including Server & Host at Vermont Fine and Host at Nonesuch River Brewing. Experience includes a role as a Personal Finance Peer Coach at Champlain College, where Lanie facilitated workshops on financial topics and provided one-on-one counseling. Lanie also completed a Hotline/Chatline Internship at HOPE Works, offering confidential support related to sexual violence and well-being. Additional roles include customer service, research assistance, and various positions in the hospitality sector. Lanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Champlain College.
