Steven MacDonald has extensive experience in leadership and management roles, currently serving as Team Lead at HUI, Inc. since December 2017. Prior to this role, Steven was the Lead Person at Broadwind Towers and Heavy Industries, Inc., from August 2011 to April 2017 until being laid off. Earlier in their career, Steven worked as a Construction Worker at Peters Construction until the business closed in June 2011 and as General Manager at Courthouse Pub from June 2000 to December 2009. Steven also held the position of Plant Manager at Aitken-Reed Inc. from August 1981 to May 2000. Educational qualifications include degrees in Auto Mechanics and Project Management from Lakeshore College and Analytical Manufacturing and Project Management from Moraine Park Technical College, complemented by various certifications in safety and first aid.
