Artur Fjodorov has been working in the legal industry since 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they served as the CEO of Eesti Õigusbüroo Ltd. Artur then moved on to become the CEO of HUGO.legal in 2016.

Artur Fjodorov attended the University of Tartu from 2007 to 2010, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Artur then returned to the University of Tartu from 2011 to 2012 to study Law. Finally, they studied Psychology at the University of Tartu from 2013 to 2014.
