Bernd Reuss has a wealth of experience in the fashion industry, starting with an internship at Michalsky Holding in 2009. Bernd then worked as a Creative Management at Hugo Boss for a few months before moving to adidas as a menswear designer for Originals. In 2017, they became the Head of Design for menswear at Lacoste, and currently, they hold the position of Head of Design at HUGO BOSS since 2021.

Bernd Reuss completed an apprenticeship in tailoring at Hugo Boss AG from 2000 to 2003. Bernd then pursued a degree in industrial design at Universität der Künste Berlin from 2003 to 2008, earning a diplom.
