Rachael Crenshaw, RHIA, MSM, FACHE, is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Compliance and Revenue Integrity Officer at Hughston since September 2022, Rachael has held the position of Chief Operating Officer for the Trauma Division at Hughston Clinic Orthopaedics since December 2006 and serves as Chief Operating Officer at Jack Hughston Memorial Hospital since 2008. Rachael holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management from Troy University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Information/Medical Records Administration from the University of SW Louisiana. Rachael is also a member of the Academy of Healthcare Executives and has achieved the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) credential.
