Ryan McGrew is an experienced professional in the event production and music industry, currently serving as a Monitor Engineer for Hughie's Event Production Services since June 2023. In this role, Ryan managed monitor setups for the Tri-c Jazz Fest, overseeing performances for multiple bands. Since September 2016, Ryan has been the Production Manager for ingeNUity Fest, responsible for coordinating band logistics. Additionally, since September 2014, Ryan has worked as a Stage Manager for NEO Cycle, facilitating smooth transitions for performers. With extensive audio engineering experience at Beachland Ballroom & Tavern, Ryan has contributed to day-to-day operations and sound management since November 2013 and has been involved in various capacities at the venue since February 2011. Ryan also co-owned Indiep Records from 2011 to 2014, contributing to Cleveland's independent music scene. Educational background includes studies at Cuyahoga Community College and Cleveland Heights High School.
