Heather Heath McIntyre is an experienced attorney with a diverse background in bankruptcy law. Currently serving as an attorney at HughesWattersAskanase since February 2019, McIntyre represents and advises bankruptcy trustees as well as individual and corporate debtors across various industries, including oil and gas, communications, and medical sectors. Previous roles include attorney positions at LeClairRyan, where representation of creditors in bankruptcy matters was a focus, and at Sanders McGarvey LLP, where assistance in bankruptcy counsel and litigation was provided. Early career experience includes contract attorney work at HooverSlovacek LLP, focusing on chapter 11 bankruptcy, and an associate role at HughesWattersAskanase from 2003 to 2011.
