Natarajan Kalpathy is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in architecture, engineering management, and software development within the telecommunications and networking sectors. Currently serving as the Director Of Architecture at Hughes since April 2021, Natarajan provides comprehensive technical guidance and drives architecture for SatCom and TeleCom products, including secure private 5G network integration. Prior to this, Natarajan held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at VT iDirect, leading the development of innovative networking features for satellite networks and advancing a DevSecOps strategy. Natarajan has also held senior management roles at Atmel Corporation, Message Systems, and various esteemed organizations such as Texas Instruments and Thales Communications, focusing on product delivery in VoIP, telecommunications, and semiconductor domains. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology - Banaras Hindu University, a Master's in Engineering Management from The George Washington University, and a Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
