Kai Chen is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in test engineering and hardware development. Currently serving as a Senior Test Engineer at Hughes since August 2021, Kai previously held the same role at Spectralink Corporation, where responsibilities included leading the design and implementation of DECT production test systems. Prior roles include Lead Hardware Engineer at Logos Imaging LLC, where Kai managed the development of portable X-ray imaging systems, and Application Engineer at Focused Test Inc., focusing on automatic test equipment. Earlier experience includes positions at Asian Microelectronics Company LTD. and Wuhan Digital Engineering Research Institute, involving circuit design and team management. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Systems and Controls) from the University of Colorado Denver and two Master's Degrees in Electrical Engineering (Power Electronics) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Micro-Electronics) from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
