Udita Puri has a robust background in Learning and Development, with progressive experience in various organizations. Since September 2018, Udita has been contributing to Hughes Systique Corporation (HSC) in a Learning & Development role. Prior to this, Udita served as Deputy Manager - HR (Learning & Development) at TRACTEBEL Engineering (ENGIE GROUP) from April 2014 to September 2018, focusing on employee engagement and corporate communication. Udita's earlier experience includes roles in Campus Hiring, Training & Development, and Employee Engagement at Larsen & Toubro Limited, as well as serving as Sr. Executive - Talent Acquisition at Lanco Infratech Ltd. Udita holds a PGDM in Services with a specialization in Human Resources from Jaipuria Institute of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from I.P College, Delhi University.
