Manisha Arora has a work experience that spans multiple companies and roles. Manisha started their career at IBM India Private Limited in 2015 as an Application Developer and worked there until 2018. In 2018, Manisha joined Hughes Systique Corporation (HSC) as an Engineer and later took on the role of Senior Engineer from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Engineer at HSC.

Manisha Arora completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from The LNM Institute of Information Technology in Jaipur. In addition, they obtained various certifications including IBM Design Thinking Practitioner, Cloud App Developer, IBM Certified Application Developer - Cloud Platform v1, and AWS Certified Associate Developer. The certifications were obtained from renowned institutions such as IBM and Amazon Web Services, with completion dates ranging from 2016 to 2017.
