Aneesh Trakroo has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Most recently, they worked as an Engineering Workforce Management Consultant at Hughes Systique Corporation (HSC) starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Corporate HR & Digital Strategist at Mobilous from June 2021 to November 2021. In this role, they were responsible for building organizational culture, recruitment processes, and implementing digital strategies.

Aneesh also gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern at RippleHR Global Consulting from November 2020 to April 2021, where they conducted interviews, screened resumes, and administered assessments. In 2020-2021, Aneesh pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services from the School of Inspired Leadership. In 2022, they attended Harvard University and completed a Certificate Course in Organizational Leadership.
