Tim Gleason has had a diverse work history, beginning with a role as a Nutritional Consultant at The Vitamin Shoppe in 2004. Tim then worked as a Professional Actor at the Pacific Repertory Theatre, The 5th Avenue Theatre, and Village Theatre between 2002 and 2003. In 2004, they began working at The Vitamin Shoppe, and in 2010 they became a Store Manager at the Rosetta Stone Learning Center. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Professional Actor at Lyric Opera Northwest and as an Affiliate Marketer at the Canada Marketing Summit. Finally, in 2014, they became an Executive Consultant at Rodan + Fields, and in 2021 they began working as a Recruiter and Talent Scout at Hugh & Grace.

Tim Gleason attended Pacific Northwest Ballet School from 1983 to 1986 on a full scholarship, studying Classical Ballet.
