Victor Hugo has extensive experience in the technology and customer success sectors, currently serving as an Estrategista de Canais and Team Leader at Huggy since October 2018. Previously, Victor was part of Total Informatica from May 2014 to September 2018 as a Técnico em Aplicações Pleno I, where responsibilities included managing client solutions, overseeing service level agreements (SLAs), and hold the role of Product Owner for one year. Earlier, from May 2012 to February 2014, Victor worked as an Auxiliar de Qualidade at Tel Telematica, focusing on service quality monitoring and problem resolution. Victor Hugo earned a degree in Sistemas de Informação from Universidade Salvador between 2014 and 2019.
