In 1992, they worked in purchasing for the United States Department of Defense.
The following year, from 1993 to 1994, they served as a Resident Assistant at Hendrix College.
In 1994, Fred held a temporary position as a Material Handler at Ace Hardware Corporation.
Also in 1994, they worked as a Legislative Intern for Senator David Pryor in the United States Senate.
From 1995 to 2005, Fred worked at Leisure Arts, progressively assuming roles such as Purchasing Manager, Customer Service/Purchasing Manager, and Vice President of Purchasing.
In 2010, they transitioned to the role of Vice President of Finance at Leisure Arts until 2012.
In 2012, Fred became the President & CEO of Leisure Arts, overseeing the company's strategic business plan and successfully engineering the sale of the business to Comcast in 2020.
Finally, in 2020, Fred joined Hugg & Hall Equipment Company as the Director of Product Support Sales.
Fred Pruss attended Catholic High School for Boys from 1986 to 1990. Fred then went on to complete a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics & Business at Hendrix College from 1990 to 1994.
