Matthew Creer is an experienced professional in business growth and transformation management, currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Transformation Management at Huge since November 2021. Prior experience includes serving as the Global Head of Growth at Initiative from January 2017 to October 2021 and the Global Director of New Business at UM Worldwide between September 2014 and January 2017. Prior to this, Matthew held the position of New Business & Marketing Manager at McCann Erickson London from January 2012 to September 2014, where significant new business was generated with notable clients such as Microsoft, Kaspersky Lab, and Sony. Additionally, Matthew worked as an Account Director at Ingenuity from January 2009 to December 2011. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business & Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney.
