Bria Tarver is an experienced Recruiting Coordinator and Sourcer currently at Hudson RPO since July 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at CVS Health, where Bria streamlined the pre-employment process and managed interview scheduling. At Facebook, Bria project managed interviews for national product design candidates, demonstrating strong organizational skills. Bria's earlier role as an Operations Associate at Harvard University involved managing escalations and leading a project for an alumni diploma initiative. Additionally, Bria has experience in customer service roles at Verizon Wireless, Alorica, and Lowe's Companies. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management at Southern New Hampshire University, expected to graduate in 2027.
