Naomi Kabalkin-Bunnenberg has a strong background in education and prevention services, with a focus on HIV and STI testing. Naomi served as the Director of Education and Prevention Services at Hudson Valley Community Services, where they provided leadership and oversight for program operations. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Program Supervisor at the same organization, overseeing multiple programs and providing supervision to managers. Before joining Hudson Valley Community Services, they worked as a Program Supervisor at HVCS, where they provided oversight for two programs funded by NYS DOH and trained staff in HIV, HCV, and STI testing. Naomi also has experience as a Health Educator at Community Health Action of Staten Island, where they created and implemented health education curricula for high school students and conducted street outreach to priority populations.

Naomi Kabalkin-Bunnenberg earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island. Naomi then pursued a Master of Science in Education degree, specializing in Secondary Education and Teaching, from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island.
