Lara O'Shea has a diverse and extensive work experience in the marketing and strategy field. Lara is currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Hudson Rouge, a luxury marketing boutique. Prior to this, Lara held the position of Executive Director of Strategy & Insights at VMLY&R, where they led a team of over 700 strategists and played a key role in agency-wide strategic development, new business, and DEI initiatives. Lara also worked at Ogilvy as a Partner, Ogilvy Consulting, and was responsible for leading digital transformation and marketing strategy engagements for various clients. Lara was additionally the Director of Ecommerce at OgilvyOne, where they focused on driving business value through strategy, media, creativity, data, and analytics.

Before their time at Ogilvy, Lara was an MBA Marketing Fellow at WPP, where they gained experience working in three different WPP agencies. Lara also held roles at Kantar Retail and Kantar, where they developed growth strategies for CPG and retail clients and managed partner relationships for media effectiveness analysis. Lara's early career includes positions at Mindshare, where they co-developed the "Mindshare Luxury" offering, and A Suit That Fits, where they led the company's marketing activities and contributed to its significant revenue growth. Lara also pursued an MBA degree at London Business School, specializing in Strategy & Organizational Behavior and Entrepreneurship & Marketing High-Tech Industries. Lastly, Lara began their career at Diageo, where they served as a Brand Manager for Tanqueray gin and Assistant Brand Manager for Guinness and Pimm's, leading brand strategy and digital marketing initiatives.

Lara O'Shea has an extensive education history that includes various degrees and certifications. Lara completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Cambridge from 1998 to 2001, earning an MA Honors degree in Geography.

In 2002, Lara pursued a postgraduate study in Photographic Journalism at the University of Westminster, followed by a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of London in 2003.

Lara'sfocus shifted towards business education when they enrolled at the London School of Marketing from 2005 to 2007, where they achieved a Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma.
