Masha Turchinsky is a highly experienced leader in the museum and nonprofit sectors, currently serving as the Director and CEO of the Hudson River Museum since September 2016, where Masha oversees institutional management and successfully directed a $11.1M expansion. In addition to this role, Masha serves as a board member for the Museum Association of New York and Nonprofit Westchester, focusing on advocacy and strengthening nonprofit organizations. Masha is also a board member of the Yonkers Workforce Development Board, supporting local workforce programs, and has held positions on the National Board of Directors for ArtTable. Masha's extensive prior experience includes senior roles at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, where Masha managed media production and educational resources, contributing to award-winning publications and projects. Masha holds multiple advanced degrees, including an Ed.M. in International Educational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Master of Arts in Education from New York University.
