Bart Brassil's work experience begins in 1986 when they joined the US Navy as an Aviation Officer Candidate. After completing their training, they transitioned to civilian life and worked as an Application Support Specialist and later as a Team Leader at Mediaocean, a company that provides software solutions to the advertising industry. Over the years, they held various roles at Mediaocean, including National Media Product Developer, National Media Product Supervisor, National Media Product Manager, VP Product Director, Network Media, and finally as a Product Director, Network Media & Demographics. In these positions, they were responsible for the development and management of national media buying systems and demographics processing. In 2016, Bart joined WideOrbit as a Program Director, where they identified market solutions and performed competitive analysis for potential agency product lines. Currently, Bart is working at Hudson MX as a Product Lead - National Video & Demographics - Analytics. In this role, they bring their experience to the National Video market and demographic analytics, aiming to deliver a gold-standard product to the marketplace.

Bart Brassil holds an MBA degree in Computer Systems, which they obtained from the Zicklin School of Business from 1989 to 1991. Prior to that, they earned a BA degree in Management and Information Science from Hartwick College between 1983 and 1986. Bart also briefly attended the State University of New York Maritime College in 1982-1983, where they pursued a BA in Marine Transportation and Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Bart has obtained various certifications, including Pragmatic Marketing Certified - Level Three (PMC-III) from Pragmatic Marketing, Inc.
