Dori Lair has extensive experience in education, currently serving as an Assistant Principal at Hudson ISD since June 2015, with previous roles as a Dyslexia Teacher, Reading Interventionist, and Second Grade Teacher. Prior to Hudson ISD, Dori worked as a 2nd Grade Teacher at Nacogdoches Independent School District and gained sales experience as a Sales Professional at Lifetouch, where the focus was on establishing new accounts and account management. Marketing expertise was developed while serving as a Marketing Representative at K & K Support Services and Consolidated Healthcare, where responsibilities included creating strategic marketing plans and educating physicians. Dori also owned and directed Lil Rascalz Clubhouse from January 2010 to July 2012 and began a career in education as a Kindergarten Teacher at Lufkin ISD from June 1998 to May 2002. Dori is pursuing a Master of Science in Legal Studies at Nova Southeastern University, following a Bachelor's of Science in Multidisciplinary Studies from McMurry University and a Master's in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas at Tyler.
