Kristin (Webb) Kruzikas has a diverse work experience in finance roles. Kristin is currently the Vice President of Finance at Hudson Headwaters 340B since November 2021. Prior to this, from 2017 they worked as an Independent Consultant, providing finance professional consulting services.

From 2019 to 2021, Kristin served as the Controller at LeadingAge New York, where they supervised staff and implemented new processes in the Finance Dept. Before this, they were the Director of Finance at Adirondack Health Institute from 2018 to 2019, where they also supervised staff and implemented new processes in the Finance Dept.

From 2014 to 2017, Kristin worked at JLT Group as AVP Finance, where they oversaw US Treasury, cash flow forecasting, and implemented new processes in the Finance Dept. Prior to this, they worked at St. Peter's Health Partners as the Manager of Capital Management from 2012 to 2014.

Kristin's earlier experience includes serving as the Controller at Northeast Heath Inc from 2007 to 2012, Controller at JLT Group from 2000 to 2007, and Senior Accountant at Albany Medical Center from 1995 to 1999. At Albany Medical Center, they were promoted from Junior Accountant to Staff Accountant and then to Senior Accountant.

Kristin (Webb) Kruzikas pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego from 1988 to 1993.
