Adolfo (Fito) Waisburg has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Adolfo (Fito) is currently working as an Investment Professional at Hudson Bay Capital Management LP, a position they started in June 2022. Prior to this, from April 2016 to March 2022, they worked at Credit Value Partners LLC as a Portfolio Manager - Managing Director.

Before joining Credit Value Partners LLC, Adolfo worked at Caspian Capital from June 2008 to March 2016, where they held the role of Senior Distressed Analyst. Prior to that, from January 2003 to May 2007, they worked at MBA Lazard as an Associate in Investment Banking, participating in transactions in Argentina, El Salvador, Guatemala, and the USA.

In addition to their work in the financial industry, Adolfo also has experience in academia. Adolfo (Fito) worked as a Postgraduate Lecturer of Business Administration at ITBA from March 2003 to April 2007, and as a Postgraduate Lecturer of Economical Engineering at Universidad de Buenos Aires from March 2004 to December 2006.

Adolfo (Fito) Waisburg completed their education with a Perito Mercantil degree from Escuela Superior de Comercio Carlos Pellegrini in the years 1993 to 1997. Adolfo (Fito) then pursued their B.A. in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires from 1998 to 2002. Lastly, they attended The Wharton School from 2007 to 2009, earning an MBA degree with a focus on Finance.
