Mark Speldenbrink has extensive experience in the shipping and chartering industry, currently serving as Chartering Manager at Hartel Shipping & Chartering BV since March 1999, where responsibilities include seafastening, visual cargo care, handling P&I matters, and managing chartering for heavy lift cargoes. Mark also holds the position of Senior Shipbroker at Hudig & Veder B.V. following the integration of Hartel's office in April 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Freight Forwarder at Albatros, covering various departments such as stevedoring, forwarding, agency, and chartering, alongside serving as Harbour Master. Mark's educational background includes studies at The Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers in London and various institutions in the Netherlands specializing in transport and shipping.
