Matthew Leonard is an experienced restaurateur and culinary professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the owner of Huddle House in Clayton, GA since October 2007, Matthew has demonstrated a strong commitment to the food service industry through various roles, including a management company tenure that emphasized growth and development within Huddle House. Prior experience includes general manager and sous chef positions at Mama Fu's Asian House and Dragonfish Asian Cafe, respectively, where Matthew cultivated expertise in Asian cuisine. Additional roles at Comeaux's Louisiana Bar and Grill and Lanier Harbor Restaurant laid the foundation for a successful culinary career.
