Sarah Brennan has a varied and extensive work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Customer Success Manager at Hucu.AI, where they managed initial customer onboarding processes, communicated and collaborated with cross-functional teams, and proactively monitored customer usage and performance metrics. Sarah also held the role of Customer Success Representative at Hucu.AI, where they managed initial customer user and patient lists. In 2020, they were a Customer Success Management Intern at Hucu.AI, where they improved customer launch process and usage, researched customer success best practices, and developed templates for customer success processes. Sarah Brennan is a graduate of Marquette University, having obtained a Bachelor of Science in Elementary/Middle Education in 2021 and a Bachelor's degree in Communication, General in 2021. Sarah was also a member of the Marquette University College of Education Dean's List in 2020 and a Candidate for Lambda Pi Eta National Honors Society with the National Communication Association in 2020. In 2019, they obtained a Marquette University College of Education Professional Program.
