We’re looking for a strategic, action-oriented growth leader to join Huckberry and drive the company’s digital growth and new customer acquisition strategies and execution. The ideal candidate has managed a $30 million+ annual digital marketing budget in a high-growth consumer facing company, and has their finger on the pulse of the rapidly-changing digital marketing landscape. And, perhaps most importantly, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves!

Full funnel Marketer

  • Deep understanding of the marketing funnel and how channels play independently and together in a cohesive funnel
  • Discover small yet powerful insights within channels, and the leadership to apply those insights across other channels and the company (ability to zoom in and out)
  • Driving a culture for rigorous creative testing and constantly reading and reacting to the changing landscape

Measurement expertise

  • Drive MMM, incrementality, PP survey, and hold-out testing
  • Improve budget allocation and ROAS threshold within channels

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Huckberry’s digital growth strategy with a deep understanding of Huckberry’s customer and product offering
  • Utilize the Huckberry GTM process to align marketing efforts around the biggest opportunities on our product roadmap
  • Lead and inspire the team of paid channel owners to drive best-in-class execution across Paid Social, PPC, TV, Affiliate, and Influencer/Creator
  • Actively manage the portfolio of marketing investments to drive profitable customer acquisition at scale
  • Partner with Brand, Creative and Content teams to produce effective and brand-aligned creative assets that utilize best-in-class paid marketing creative tactics
  • Constantly test, learn and iterate!
  • Utilize data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and efficiency
