Timothy Midura is an experienced legal and financial professional currently serving as President, Executive Director, and General Counsel at The Brooks Institute for Animal Rights Law and Policy, Inc. since November 2017, and as Directing Trustee for the Brooks McCormick Jr. Trust for Animals Rights Law and Policy since June 2015. Timothy has practiced law at Huck Bouma PC since 2002 and previously at Williams Law Firm in Chicago from 1981 to 2002. Additionally, Timothy worked as a Tax Consultant at Deloitte & Touche from 1979 to 1981. Academically, Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and Finance from Northern Illinois University, a Juris Doctor from the same institution, and an LL.M in Taxation from DePaul University College of Law, alongside a CPA designation in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
