Valentina Arango has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Valentina worked at Hubtek as a Business Analyst from June 2020 to present, after serving as a HubMaster from May 2019 to June 2020, and as an Accelerator Plus from April 2019 to May 2019. Prior to that, they worked at GLT Logistics as a Director of Continuous Improvement from September 2018 to March 2019, and as a Director of Operations from February 2018 to August 2018. Valentina also worked at 1A Intermodal as a Director of Operations from July 2015 to January 2018, and started their career there as an Internship Trainee from August 2014 to July 2015.

Valentina Arango completed their education from 2011 to 2018 at Universidad EAFIT, where they obtained a degree in Negociador Internacional with a specialization in Comercio Exterior.
