Stanislav Mekhonoshin has a diverse work experience in a range of roles and industries. Stanislav is currently working as a Team Lead at Hubstaff, where they started in January 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Security Engineer at Hubstaff from July 2021 to January 2022. Stanislav also worked at mkdev as a Mentor since June 2017.

Stanislav has also worked at Toptal, where they held multiple roles including Senior Security Engineer from April 2020 to June 2021, Scrum Master from April 2019 to June 2021, and Senior Software Engineer from January 2017 to April 2020.

Before Toptal, they worked at DataArt as a Development Team Lead from January 2015 to December 2016. Stanislav also has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder of SmartVPN.biz, running their own profitable VPN service from March 2013 to June 2015, where they handled various activities including development, DevOps, marketing, and business development.

Stanislav Mekhonoshin obtained their Master's degree in Analysis and Functional Analysis from Voronezh State University, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming at the same university, studying from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Stanislav has obtained the Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification from Offensive Security in April 2021.
