Natalie Fisher, MBA, is an experienced Customer Success Manager with a diverse background in the hospitality and technology sectors. Currently serving at Nearmap since June 2022, Natalie manages high-touch customer success initiatives, building relationships and ensuring client satisfaction with aerial imagery solutions. Previous roles include Talent Advisor/Partner at RedBeard Talent, Customer Success Manager at Cisco for the Webex collaboration platform, and Customer Success Director at Mews, a cloud-based property management system. Additionally, Natalie has held various positions in the hospitality industry, including Sales Executive and Assistant/Duty Manager, showcasing a strong commitment to client engagement and operational excellence.
