Mohit Dilawari is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership. Since May 2019, Mohit has held various senior roles at HubSpot, currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering, having previously been Director of Engineering and Senior Engineering Manager. Prior to HubSpot, Mohit worked at Amazon as Software Development Manager III from January 2018 to May 2019. Mohit also held significant positions at Localytics, including VP Platform Engineering and Sr Engineering Director, from May 2011 to January 2018. Earlier in the career, Mohit served as Software Engineering Manager at CrunchTime! Information Systems and Engineering Manager at IntraLinks. The professional journey began as a Sr Software Engineer at State Street Bank and as a Developer at Tallan. Mohit holds a BMath in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
