Jonathon Colman is a seasoned professional in content design and user experience, currently serving as a Senior Design Manager and Content Design practice lead at HubSpot since July 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Group Product Design Manager at Intercom, where Jonathon co-led significant product groups and redefined the content design discipline. Jonathon's extensive background at Facebook spanned multiple positions, including UX Content Strategy Leader for Facebook Marketplace, where Jonathon scaled a content strategy team and contributed to product development for global commerce. Additional experience encompasses leadership roles at REI and The Nature Conservancy, specializing in user experience architecture and digital marketing strategy. Jonathon holds a Master's degree in Information Management from the University of Washington and has a strong academic foundation in Human-Computer Interaction and Scientific and Technical Communication.
