Sarah Backer has two years of work experience in the field of recruitment and resourcing. Sarah started their career in 2017 as an Executive Resourcing at ThomasMount Consulting Pvt Ltd. In 2019, they joined HuBrum Technologies Inc as an IT Recruiter.

Sarah Backer completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree from Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology in 2015. Sarah then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration degree from the Federal Institute of Science and Technology in 2017, with a focus on Human Resources.
