Alya de Leon has a diverse work experience in various roles within the field of human resources and talent management. Alya has recently worked as a People and Operations Associate at Hubpay starting from May 2022. Prior to that, they were a Talent Consultant and Talent Sourcer at AstroLabs, where they specialized in recruiting and upskilling services for tech companies in the MENA region. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant in recruitment and training at Inspire Education Pty Ltd. Alya also has experience at IBM and UnitedHealth Group as a Recruitment Coordinator and Talent Care Advisor, respectively. Alya began their career as a Human Resources - Organizational Development Intern at Atlantic, Gulf & Pacific Company (AG&P) and also worked as an Online English Tutor at RareJob Philippines, Inc.

Alya de Leon completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Batangas State University from 2014 to 2018. Alya also pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Management at Ateneo de Manila University, although the duration of their enrollment is unspecified.
