Alexander Schmidt is an experienced professional in innovation and product development, currently serving as the Head of Innovation & Product Development at HÃœBNER Group since June 2022. Prior to this role, Alexander held various key positions at Continental from July 2010 to June 2022, including Head of Research and Development EMEA for the Industrial Fluid Solutions business unit, and Head of Product Development for the Mobile Fluid Systems business unit. Alexander's expertise encompasses product and material development, smart solutions, sustainability, and intellectual property. Alexander's educational background includes a Dipl.-Wirt.-Ing. degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering from Paderborn University, attained between 2005 and 2010.
