Ron Paquette has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Ron began their career in 1989 as a Senior Project Manager at American Management Systems. In 1995, they founded Bagel Nation Corporation and served as its Founder, President, and Owner until 2001. From 2001 onwards, Ron joined Hubner Manufacturing Corporation, where they held various roles including Finance & Controlling Manager, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Business Officer. Currently, Ron holds the position of Business Development at Hubner Manufacturing Corporation.

Ron Paquette's educational history consists of obtaining a Controllers Diploma in CA from CA Controller Akademie AG. Ron further pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Penn State University. Additionally, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from UC San Diego.
