Shobana Kailash is the Chief People Officer at Hubilo. Shobana has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources. Shobana has worked in a variety of industries including technology, healthcare, and finance.

Shobana started their career as an HR Associate Director at Quintiles Transnational. Shobana then became a Member of the National Human Resources Leadership Society Foundation. In 2013, they became the Global CHRO at the International Water Management Institute where they were responsible for the HR strategy for a ten-office organization spread across Asia and Africa.

In 2016, Shobana moved to Bengaluru, India to become the Senior Director of Human Resources at Fidelity Investments. In this role, they led the employee experience, benefits, and wellness portfolios. The following year, they transitioned to Amazon as the HR Lead for JAPAC and MENA.

In 2019, Shobana joined Freshworks as the Global Talent Partner for Technology. In this role, they manage tech talent acquisition, HR business partnership, and workplace experience portfolios for Freshworks' global product development org.

Shobana has a bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Symbiosis International University.

Shobana Kailash has an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in Business Administration and Management, General. Shobana also has a Bachelors of Science in Food Technology from Avinashilingam University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Food Technology from the University of Mysore. Shobana is certified as a Compensation Manager from Carlton Advanced Management Institute (CAMI), as a Sales Compensation Professional from WorldatWork, and as a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) from WorldatWork.
