Teresa Schluter is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Huber Engineered Materials since October 2015 and Regional Human Resources Manager at Comprehensive Logistics Co., Inc. since July 2014, Teresa plays a critical role in recruiting and staffing for a 3PL company affiliated with John Deere. Previous experience includes Human Resources Manager roles at Phoenix Services, Plastipak Packaging, BBK/Warehousing Division, and Alloy Engineering & Casting, alongside a position as a Human Resources Generalist at Kraft Food Ingredients Corp. Teresa holds a degree in Human Resources Management from KSU Community and Professional Education and is certified as SHRM-SCP, complementing earlier educational achievements at Eastern Illinois University and Parkland College, as well as training in Massage Therapy.
