Elliot Baldini

Chief Marketing Officer at Hubble Contacts

Elliot Baldini is the Chief Marketing Officer at Hubble Contacts. Elliot was previously with School of Rock, where they became the company's first C-level marketing executive. At School of Rock, Elliot was responsible for managing and owning the P&L for the company's retail line of business. Elliot was also in charge of domestic and international marketing efforts, as well as operations, supply chain, logistics, and staffing for School of Rock's retail program.

Under Elliot's leadership, the Company's retail program underwent a complete rebuild. Elliot constructed a new distribution network, built a new online fulfillment system, negotiated new vendor partnership agreements with world-famous brands, expanded the product assortment by 10X, and created a disruptive marketing campaign to promote the program. This work resulted in a 7X sales increase within six months of launch. The program continues to grow rapidly.

In addition, Elliot launched a best-in-class CRM system across five countries, resulting in a 30% increase in customer conversion and 10% increase in customer retention. Elliot also launched two of the most successful ad campaigns in company history, resulting in a 35% increase in comparable unit demand.

Finally, Elliot developed "game-changing" partnerships with 21st Century Fox, Atlantic Records, Berklee College of Music and other industry influencers to expand School of Rock's reach among its target customers. These partnerships resulted in billions of earned media impressions and Forbes Magazine ranking School of Rock as the second-best franchise company in the world.

Elliot Baldini has an MBA in marketing from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a BS in psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

They work with Christine Johnson - Senior Director, People & Culture, Ping Bu - Director, Data and Analytics, and Dan Rosen - VP, Creative. Elliot Baldini reports to Steve Druckman, CEO. and Christina Pan - VP, Marketing, Digital Product, and Business Development reports to Elliot Baldini.
