Richard Eickholt currently serves as the Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Operations at Hubbell Incorporated, where responsibilities include safeguarding global infrastructure and using advanced cybersecurity tools. Previously, Richard held the position of Adjunct Associate Professor at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, focusing on designing and implementing a cyber security curriculum. Richard also acted as the Cyber Security Instructor Lead at ThriveDX, enhancing student engagement through foundational cybersecurity education. Prior experience includes working as a Cloud SecOps Engineer at VMware and leading a Cyber Threat Hunting Team at the United States Air Force, where Richard executed cyber threat hunting plans and managed training programs. Richard holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Fox School of Business at Temple University and is pursuing an Associate of Science in Cyber/Electronic Operations and Warfare from the Community College of the Air Force.
