Josh Sichra possesses extensive experience in the construction and service industries. Currently serving as Senior Construction Superintendent at Hubbell Realty Company since March 2019, Josh has also held the role of Assistant Superintendent. Prior experience includes roles as a Subcontractor at Trubuilt from 2013 to March 2019, where kitchen and bathroom remodeling was the primary focus, and as a Service Technician with Green Guys, providing lawn care and snow removal services from 2012 to March 2019. Additional service technician experience includes positions at Chem-Aqua, Inc. and Custom Water Technology, both specializing in cooling tower maintenance from 2011 to 2012. Earlier in the career, Josh was a Construction Inspector at M&I Bank from 2006 to 2008, responsible for verifying the completion of home projects. Educational background includes a degree in GIS with an emphasis on social change from the University of Iowa (2004-2006) and a high school diploma from Dowling High School (1993-1997).
