Kristin Bell is an experienced professional in education, entrepreneurship, and innovation, serving as a DEIJ Committee Member and Adjunct Faculty for MBA and EMBA programs at California Lutheran University since August 2020. In addition to developing diverse and inclusive programs, Kristin delivers advanced curriculum focusing on Innovative Business Models and Organizational Entrepreneurship. As Program Manager at Hub101, Kristin supports student and entrepreneur initiatives to launch and scale businesses. Kristin also contributes as Operations, Deal Flow, and Portfolio Lead at Santa Barbara Angel Alliance, mentoring early-stage companies. Previous roles include Accelerator Program Mentor at CREEDA Projects Pty Ltd., Entrepreneurship Educator at Oaks Christian School, and Global Head of Marketing at Startupbootcamp InsurTech. Kristin holds an MBA in Enterprise Innovation & Entrepreneurship from California Lutheran University and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
